• Randomly, we’ll select one tenant who has shown remarkable dedication, enthusiasm, and progress in their journey.

• This award is our way of recognizing hard work, consistency, and the drive to succeed.

• The Rising Star will receive a surprise reward—tailored to help them continue to elevate their business.

We are thrilled to celebrate Camryn Newman of Camryn Styles Hair Studio as the recipient of the Rising Star Award for the first quarter of 2025! Although she’s only been with us for a few short months, Camryn has made remarkable strides since transitioning from a commission-based salon. Her dedication, work ethic, and smooth adjustment to entrepreneurial life has been truly impressive. When Camryn joined Pamper Salon Studios, she had some clear goals in mind, and in no time, she has worked to accomplished those very goals she set out to do. Camryn’s passion and commitment to growth make her more than deserving of this recognition, and we can’t wait to see all the great things she will continue to achieve! Congratulations Camryn!

2nd Quarter Rising Star: Fatima Ramos
We are proud to recognize Fatima Ramos as our 2nd Quarter Rising Star! Fatima made history as the very first tenant to lease with Pamper Salon Studios. Fresh out of esthetician school, she arrived with a dream of becoming a suite owner—equal parts nervous and excited.In just six months, Fatima has grown tremendously, overcoming early challenges and embracing the journey of entrepreneurship. Watching her flourish in our thriving community has been inspiring. While she’s still early in her journey, her dedication and resilience make it clear that she’s destined for great things.We’re incredibly proud of her achievements so far and can’t wait to see what’s next for her at Pamper Salon Studios!
